1965 Harley Sprint 250cc
The sprint and a 100cc bike called the Hummer were an attempt by Harley to compete with the Japanese. The bikes were made by Italian maker Aermacchi and weren't bad little bikes. In 1965 a highly modified Sprint set a class world land speed record in the 177 mph neighborhood.
