Bummer

I'm bummed out. I needed a new rear tire (9400 on this one) so I took my Road King into the shop for the install. As they were detailing the bike after th tire was on they discovered that the chrome strut on the back fender which supports both the saddlebag and the exhaust, was broken clear through. Probably a vibration issue. No part in the store or in others in the area so I won't be riding until Tuesday. Naturally, the weather today -- mild and partly cloudy, nearly perfect riding weather. Oh well, at least the warranty covers it.
